I ordered this for my D620. It does not charge at all.
Even 2 exchanges and a precharged battery would not solve the problem.
I cannot recommend this product for D620 at all.
Customer service of the vendor is ok. Uncomplicated exchange and offer to refund... but a little bit slow.

I've been using this battery for about a month now in my Dell Latitude D531. I'm very happy with it, the cells used in it seem to be of high quality as they charge well, hold their charge, and discharge at a reasonable rate. With this battery pack I get an extra two hours of battery life. We'll see how well it lasts after a year or so of use, but for now I'm very pleased.

NOthing wrong with the battery. Lasts as long as the stock battery.

I work with computers and have had no problem with this battery. I combined it with a module battery for the CD/DVD drive slot and have about 5 hours of usage.

Would recommend.

The battery is a perfect replacement for the original Dell battery. It looks and acts exactly the same for less than 1/2 the price.

Good for additional battery capacity for DELL notebooks, fits in the C:D drive slot, won't work in external drive bay. Great for long airplane flights to finish that project or watch a couple of DVD's.
