This item was shipped right away and was exactly as stated. The battery does not charge well and only holds a charge for a very short time...not the seller's downfall the manufact. downfall

Great deal for this batter for DELL VOSTRO, only problem is that it doesn't fit perfectly. One corner doesn't "click" into the laptop, but it still powers the computer and charges just fine. Laptop works, but doesn't lay flat!

The battery which was supposed to fit to Inspiron 6400, as advertised, was NOT made for this computer. Since I had to travel out of USA for an extended period of time after I received the battery it was practically impossible to return it. So it seems to be a total waste of money.
