This item was shipped right away and was exactly as stated. The battery does not charge well and only holds a charge for a very short time...not the seller's downfall the manufact. downfall

Great deal for this batter for DELL VOSTRO, only problem is that it doesn't fit perfectly. One corner doesn't "click" into the laptop, but it still powers the computer and charges just fine. Laptop works, but doesn't lay flat!

The battery which was supposed to fit to Inspiron 6400, as advertised, was NOT made for this computer. Since I had to travel out of USA for an extended period of time after I received the battery it was practically impossible to return it. So it seems to be a total waste of money.

Was a little disappointed with the performance of this battery. Have prepared the battery as recommended and still can only get a little over an hour of battery time on my laptop. As time goes on it only get worse, so will use this as a back up one. Asked what the expectation length of time was from the seller and did get a response, but did not answer the question directly. Shipment was good.

Had it only for a little while, but it does work. Need to use it for a year to give it better review data. But for now it's got 5 stars. It's not the hi-capacity version I thought but it does operate the same as the new one I got from Dell with the laptop.

Battery is good buy for the money. So far so good, will update after six months.

The battery lasted about two hours brand new and now lasts about twenty minutes. If you don't need to use a battery very often it will be fine. Next time I will spring for the battery that lasts longer and hope that it doesn't need to be replaced so soon.

The battery initially provided 3-4 hours of use (pretty good), but over 4 months provided less and less and eventually was worthless after 4 months. Not recommended for purchase.

I replaced my dead battery from my Dell Vostro 1000 laptop and it worked like a charm. The battery was charged immediately and it held the power for a long time.

A good replacement battery at a great price!

Battery was charged several times. Does not last much longer than 2 hours--I feel it should go longer, but I guess I got what I paid for. It's not worth the hassle to send back and get another.
