I am unable to distinguish this battery from the Panasonic CGR-D08 Battery. The charge time and the time length of providing energy seems identical. Fairly expensive for a generic substitute but a good performer. Well packaged & timely delivery. All good.

Granted, most folks are moving to digital hard drive based camcorders. But our family is still getting plenty of life out of our Panasonic Mini DV. To that end, we wanted to grab a spare battery while we could. This was the one we needed. Got it quickly at a decent price, plus it works just as described. What more could you ask for ?

I have no complaints for this camcorder battery. Fits perfect, holds the charge for many uses, and it is not overly large for being higher capacity than the stock battery that came with my camcorder. I would recommend this product to anyone.
