Batteries shipped on time, price was great, but when installed in my phones, they over-heated. They would not hold a charge....really disappointing. Ended up going to my local Radio Shack and paying a lot more for the same type of battery.....but these worked.

Had this battery for about a month when my phone stopped working. I thought for sure it was something other than the battery but no. Bought a the same battery for my other phone a month earlier from batteries.com and no issues. So much for trying to get a deal, you get what you pay for but one month and it's dead. Really?

I ordered the phone batteries for my cordless home phones instead of going to Radio Shack thinking I would be saving money. I saved the money, but I received stale batteries. The phones cannot go all day without a charge like they can on the new and fresh batteries. I have to constantly keep them charged. Will probably end up going to Radio Shack after all in a few months. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

hi capacity equivalentof Vtech89-1323-00-00 battery missing from package. package crushed and open at one end. too big for contents. battery shoul'd been packed securely to other items. please advise asap. thanks

The company that sells this product is great to deal with. Fast shipping good customer service. The knock-off battery was not so good it failed right after it was charged.

Fits the phones I ordered it for, works fine so far (1 day), only complaint ... shipping cost more than batteries, but it was one of the better deals for this type battery.
Edit: Battery only lasted a year ... just bought new phones this time instead.

This battery is so much better than the cheap ones from China. This one actually lasts all day without running out of juice. VERY HAPPY. Bought and made in USA is still a good deal.

This product was as close to OEM as you could possibly get. Fit, form and function were virtually identical. The actual leads (wires) were a tad shorter than the OEM, but that actually made it easier to concele them, or make them fit into the battery compartment without having to cram them to one side or the other. I am completely, 100% satisfied.

I will NEVER buy batteries at RadioShack or BestBuy, Staples again.
I needed a battery for my cordless phone after about yr of use. Staples wanted 20$ a batter to replace.
I HAVE FOUR PHONES!!!! I was not going to pay 100$ for batteries for a phone system that was roughly 100$.

Bought these for about 5$ a piece. Work great, no issues. Yay!

p.s. have since bought a replacement batt for my Blackberry online at half the cost that Verizon wanted. double Yay!
