Protects my jack from dust, dirt, rain, mud & sunlight!

You need to understand that it's neoprene and that it does stretch a bit but you have to keep force on the zipper side as you pull the zipper shut.

These don't last long in the Vegas sun... after one summer, it's already bleached almost gray.

Too Tight of a Fit ... Here is the Trick...

Start the zipper FIRST and run the zipper up an inch or so.

Then remove the base of the jack by removing the pin.
Slide the cover over the bottom of the jack (with the base removed) and finish zipping the cover closed.

Go back and re-install the base plate and pin.

Hopefully, after the cover is on for a while it will stretch enough to be able to put on and take off without having to remove the base plate... removing the base plate only takes a minute so it is not all that bad. Better than tearing the cover.

Note that I have the 60 inch tall model... I do not think that makes a difference.
But the initial installation was (for me) too much trouble without taking the minute to remove the base.

Seems to be made fairly well. Heavy zipper seems to be OK. Will see how it holds up to the elements over time. Fit is nice and snug. It doesn't protect the whole jack but it keeps contaminants out of the grease and working parts which is what I wanted this for since the jack is on exterior mounts when I'm playing outside. its too bad the full size jack protector for Hi-Lift sounds like a FAIL in quality.

The neoprene is quite strong and stretches a lot, but it took a bit of tugging to get the cover over the jack's head. I have found that letting it sit in the sun until it is warm to the touch helps. Be sure to grease the jack-head before putting it on because although it keeps most of the mud and such off the jack, it is not water tight.

This jack cover looks and fits well it just has faded and deteriorated in less than a year on my truck. I will probably order another to replace my current cover once its completely unusable but Hi-Lift please use better quality neoprene. I'd even pay a few more dollars!

Fits very tight over the jack. Definitely would recommend to anyone who stores their jack outside. The cover holds up well to being washed.

Not much to say here just take your time putting it on... the difference between a person who tries slapping it on and the person who takes an entire extra ten seconds is the difference between the one star, and five star reviews here. Mine has accidentally gone through car washes, and taken the worst Alaska has to offer and it still looks awesome. I suspect that it will need to be replaced in a year or two but what cover does not when in a climate like here.

After 4 months the color faded to almost white. There is no UV protection to this cover. However, it does work well doing its job as a cover and keeping dust and mud out of the jack.

Well made except for the zipper, which broke after taking it off the first time. Would not recommend because of zipper.
