I ordered mine from either 4wd.com or 4wheelparts.com (both great sites!) and it bolted right up with no problems. The instructions stated the factory hardware would be a bit tight the 1st time off, as it should be. I have a 48" Hi-Lift Xtreme and it fits perfect. You need to pay attention to placement when lowering the jack onto the brackets. If it doesn't go down even on both sides at the same time it can stick a little or feel tight.
Plus it looks cool! Just be careful on placement, one direction the fluid from the windshield sprayer hits the handle, the other direction the jack will interfere with the hood opening completely. So it comes down to preference. If you don't have a custom bumper or a tube brush gaurd, then this is the mount for you.

I ordered my hood mount last minute, it came just in time for Christmas. What more could I ask for? I am very pleased!!!

if your looking for something that is bolt on ready without needing any work this isnt the setup for you.the mounting bolts for the jack didnt line up and i had to cut one of the heads off and relign it to fit my hilift jack.I tried switching the mounts from side to side and that didnt work,so i had to cut and reweld them to fit my needs.warrior products should offer a kit that is unfinished without the heads welded on,it would have been a lot easier for me.
