First off, B.o.B. is more pop than hip-hop. He has a couple of good hip-hop songs out there but I got a feeling he's going to continue to be a cross-genre artist if he sticks around, which is sad because people like that use a genre when it's convenient: pop for mass appeal, hip-hop for street credit.

Second off, there are a few albums that Amazon and iTunes sell which are actually 100% free mixtapes on mixtape websites, such as on DatPiff. Mixtapes are free, legal albums the artists themselves create for the fans and to create buzz. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THESE. I feel foolish because I bought this album without doing my research first (and feel even worse now because it wasn't that good anyway). KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

I had to say Outkast, because if you are an Outkast or Goodie Mobb fan, I think you will enjoy this mixtape. Please don't let the word "mixtape" scare you away. Unlike several underground mixtapes on the market, there isn't alot of obnoxious DJ's yelling all over the music. B.o.b brings solid flows and energy to an outstanding assortment of beats and melodies. Its rare that you find a record that you can bump from begining to end without skipping tracks. I will definantly be on the look out for his future releases. Keep it B.o.B.!!!
