I'm guessing the only working ingredient left in this product is the caffeine. That said, a cup of coffee works better. This product used to be better before they removed the ephedrine, now it's just... a ghost of what it was.

I am a figure competitor so I have had my share of fat burners. I tried everything from Lipo-6, Hydroxycut, Hot Rox Extreme, Dren, you name it I have most likely tried it. I am off-season right now trying to maintain and keep close to my contest weight, and I have to say this product has given me the most energy and is working fairly well, since my eating has been off. I highly recommend, however if you are sensitive to fat burners this may be too strong...that is just my opinion

This stuff is intense, but fine if you follow the directions. I just finished me first bottle and while pairing this with an even somewhat sensible diet and exercise, you'll see results in the first week. Personally, I dropped 5 pounds in the first week of taking it, and that wasn't even at the full 3 pills a day dosage. The main thing is this: YOU MUST, MUST, MUST, MUST BUILD YOUR WAY UP TO 3 A DAY. DO NOT start out with 3 a day. You'll definitely feel more energetic, warmer all around, and your deodorant may need to change to a different brand, but I can't recommend it enough. With diet and exercise, I personally lost around 25 pounds give or take while taking this, and that was in roughly a month and a half's time. I know this had something to do with it. Good luck, and make sure to follow the directions on the bottle!
