if you are overweight and have rashes where you don't want them[that's anywhere]this is the antiseptic to use for washing.

I travel extensively in rural areas where access to water is limited and where the potential for skin abrasions and more serious injuries is high. The 4-oz size is great to carry for rinsing cuts and scrapes. Several of my colleagues used it this summer and we noticed that injuries washed with Hibiclens healed much faster than those washed with just water. Antibiotic ointments are helpful, but Hibiclens proved to be a good first step in providing wound care. (It burns like heck at first, but the end result is worth it!)

I love the Hibiclens! It's really great for cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, and for treating boils, razor burn, and ingrown hairs. However, I find it very odd that Regent Medical sends Hibiclens, which is a medical product, without a safety seal. When you buy Hibiclens from a pharmacy, it is sealed with an aluminum safety seal - all that Regent Medical does is affix clear packing tape to seal the bottle! I contacted Hibiclens about this, and did not receive a response. My bottle from Regent Medical is still sitting in the cabinet, unused, because I'm not sure if it is safe to use. When I contacted Regent Medical, all they could offer is their excellent reputation.

my husband relies on this stuff to help keep his blemishes from growing out of control which happens to him easily, poor thing. This stuff is great to have around for such skin issues as well as cuts and clean hands in general.

we need this product at my house due to the fact we have many animals. they all have their accidents can't beat the price can't beat the size for the price.
