Description
Hibiscus seed 'Disco Belle' Mixed is spectacular!

Flowers 9 inches in diameter with dinner plate-like blooms are produced in an impressive mixture of rich colors approx. 4 1/2 months after sowing. Perfect for creating interest in borders, or as a feature plant on the patio.

Sowing Instructions
Sowing time: Sow indoors 8 weeks before last frost in peat pots

Flowers mid summer to first frosts. Soak the seed for 1-2 hours in lukewarm water before sowing the seeds onto the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seed sowing mix. Cover with 15mm (1/16in) of sowing mix or vermiculite. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a plastic bag at a temperature of 24-27C (75-80F). Do not exclude light as this helps germination.

Growing Instructions
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into trays or 7.5cm (3in.) pots. Gradually acclimatize plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk fo frost 30-45cm (12-18in) apart. Can also be grown in large pots on the patio or in a conservatory.

These seeds did not germinate due to some type of bugs hatching from the seeds and leaving empty husks.
Perhaps better luck next time with these and perhaps seller has better seeds during the year.
