Wow! They just don't make movies like this anymore... in a garage that is. So if you take the production value saavy eye out of the equation, you'll realize these things are FUNNY! Some great gags in both flicks to be sure...

Low budget sci-fi parody has never tasted so good! Almost two hours of tongue-in-cheek absurdity on one DVD. A must for sci-fi geeks throughout the universe.

Robot Chicken raw + a Star Trek home movie = the ultimate geek party!,
This review is from: Hick Trek and Star Warp'd Sci-Fi Double Feature (Amazon Instant Video)
Star Warp'd is a legend with me and my friends - we have watched it a thousand times. Hick Trek is high-larious and also we have watched this a ton as a geek party movie. The package of both movies combined is truly the ultimate geek party night!

Absurdly funny sci-fi parodies!,

One is clay animation, the other is live action shot on 8mm ... both are super low-budget, and both are for hardcore sci-fi geeks ... and they will find this double-feature hilarious, both in a good parody/satire/fan way and in a so-bad-it's-good movie/low-budget way. Be prepared to spend two solid hours burning brain cells. Modifying your mental state while viewing is highly recommended.
