I consider myself old school so I keep vol. 1-4 in all my vehicles. I like to hear the sax, trumpet, bass guitar, etc. No electric techno sounds. Everyone else rated this cd 5 stars but I wish Hidden Beach would go back to it's roots and bring back the contemporary jazz. If you are going to use drums, use a basic drumset. I did listen to the songs online before I purchased it, but I figured it would sound better in my car. NOT!!!!
I am going to sell my copy of Vol. 6 because the only song I could stomach was the last one. Flava in your ear. I know a lot of hard work was put into this project and I'm not knocking that. It's just that I am not feeling it. I don't adapt to change very well when it comes to music.

I purchased Unwrapped vol.6 yesterday and I've been playing it ever since. Tony Royster Jr. is BANANAS. I must admitt that the drums have never been my favorite instrument but Tony may change that. His talent is undeniable, the tracks are off the hook, the production is tight. Hidden Beach is a label which has always produced high quality products,they hooked AL B SURE up with his best album since his debut. UNWRAPPED VOL.6 like the previous volumes is a must-have.
