Product Description

Cliff Foreman knows beyond a shadow of doubt that he is
sterile. Still he married the woman he loves when she says she's
pregnant. Lynne Castle knows beyond a shadow of doubt that her baby is
Cliff's. When the baby is born, Cliff can't stop searching the child's
face for resemblance to the man who make Lynne pregnant. Cliff cannot
live with his belief she is a liar. Yet, even after a year's
separation, when he finds her again and begs for another chance to try
to come to terms with the situation, their love for each other, and
their need is so strong that she can't say no. Those hidden embers
burst into flame--until the "impossible" happens. Then, Lynne knows
all she can do is flee, because she can't face Cliff's insistence that
she "come clean" and all will be well.

More About the Author

Judy Griffith Gill grew up on the wilderness coast of mainland British Columbia, Canada, in a small community accessible at that time only by air or water. Her favorite companions were books and her two cousins, both boys, with whom she shared the adventures she read, often acting out the plots with her cohorts. She and her cousins took great poetic license with those stories, often to the horror and dismay of their respective parents who didn't think the top of the tallest fir tree on the property made an appropriate substitute for a rocket ship to the stars.

With an eye to the future of publishing, nearly ten years ago Judy began converting her print-published books to electronic format and has reissued many titles through Awe-Struck e-books and Belgrave House, as well as Amazon's Kindle and Smashwords. An avid reader since early childhood, Judy is really in love with the electronic publishing industry and now does most of her reading on her HP iPaq, a PDA with "a wonderfully large and clear reading screen," which she carries with her everywhere so she's "never without a book to read." Next on her agenda, though, is a Kindle or maybe as Sony e-reader, because of their extended battery-life, though she says, "I really like the backlight on the iPaq."

A member of Novelists, Inc. an international organization of multi-published authors of many genres; EPIC, the Electronically Published Internet Connection; and a former member of RWA (Romance Writers of America), Greater Vancouver Chapter, and the Vancouver Island Chapter, she has written papers and given talks on writing for those groups. She's also taught novel writing at Community College, and has a number of private clients for whom she edits, in addition to her part-time job as acquisitions editor at www.champagnebooks.com and www.carnalpassions.com. Oh, yes, she also writes.

Judy & her husband live half the year in Costa Rica and the other half in BC aboard La Niña, their 34 ft. TolleyCraft which does not go to Costa Rica but spends October through March snugly moored in the very community where she lived as a child. She only pretends the boat's a rocket ship when rushing through Skookumchuck Narrows on a run-in tide.
