A Hidden Treasure
I recently discovered these titles by Secondary Solutions. These are certainly the best teaching tool for literature that I have ever found. I tried TCR and others, and was dissappointed overall. Rowley has done an excellent job capturing the story, but also integrating those standards that I am required to teach my 8th graders. I recommend this guide to all teachers,...

OK
The guide is OK. The vocab and assessment didn't really meet my current needs, and there aren't too many activities to go along while reading. Several good writing assignments, but most not applicable until after the novel has been completely read.

I recently discovered these titles by Secondary Solutions. These are certainly the best teaching tool for literature that I have ever found. I tried TCR and others, and was dissappointed overall. Rowley has done an excellent job capturing the story, but also integrating those standards that I am required to teach my 8th graders. I recommend this guide to all teachers, whether new teachers or seasoned veterans. You will not be disappointed.
