This book is incredible. It is clear and precise and easily understood. Hannah Smith is a researcher who has decades of reseach and experience. This is not a book for the coffee table or watercooler crowd. I was able to quickly determine not just the personality of the author of a handwritten note, but also to uncover feelings and attitudes which were not apparent to the writer. The chapters on how to read potential job applicants and spouses was outstanding. In my field of marital counseling it has proven invaluable to get underneath the facade quickly and effectively breakdown barriers.
