3.0 out of 5 stars Not close to as good as the others, but listenable
This CD is one that is really different from other Kottonmouth Kings Discs. It does not sound as hard or as fast like the Kings that everyone is used to. It is cool that they switched it up though but when it starts sounding like Jazz then you know that this is not a cd to turn up, but more of one to turn down a little when your chillin. If the CD was longer it would have...

Fly rymes and high times, suburban noize IS on tha frontline. This latest release from the kottonmouth krew will tear you up, it's got killer bass riffs, and great party songs, like "freaks of the industry", but it's also got powerful songs with a message, like "everyday" if you like their first cd, you definately need this one, it'll get you off your can.

Kottonmouth Kings second album is truely a Hidden Stash.Don't be fooled by the bad reviews this album gets, this is my favorite KMK album. Only true KMK fans will like this album because of the small changes on their old songs and the easy going sounds of the Kings that show you their true versatility as a hip-hop, punk rock, pot smoking band.

It is cool that they switched it up though but when it starts sounding like Jazz then you know that this is not a cd to turn up, but more of one to turn down a little when your chillin. If the CD was longer it would have had a better chance to get some better songs out of it but it is only 11 tracks none of them (I THINK)are not that good. Just when you buy this CD do not go out there looking for the same raw sound you get from KMK but a little toned down. It's still not a BAD cd though. But if you dont have any kottonmouth king cds try the others first.

4.0 out of 5 stars Kmk 4 life, June 12, 2006
This review is from: Hidden Stash (Audio CD)
This is a great album to smoke a bowl to. Hidden Stash has got tracks from their First Ep "Stoners Reeking Havoc" and some other tracks that were b-sides left off the "Royal Highness" sessions. Also this was the split of Saint cuz of creative differences. I liked Saint but they work better with JR. That's my personal opinion tho. Sweet release but not their best. If you a fan get it!

bought this album back when it first came out, finally decided to review it. this album is not their best, but it still is an awsome album. who really cares why saint left, he's back now and sounded allright on subnoize soujaz. the best tracks on here are: frontline, (old) so high, roll it up, everyday, and freaks. this is a great album to just sit back and get high to. if you haven't got this, it's a must have for any kmk fan. however, if you're just starting to get into kmk, i would suggest high society, and hidden stash 2, those are the best kmk albums. also check out the judge, big b, dirtball, kingspade. subnoize is better than anything else out there right now.

3.0 out of 5 stars well.........yea, February 24, 2003

I bought this cd to finish off my KMK collection. I have had them all except for this one. So when the re-released it on their site to celebrate their Rollin Stoned release, I had to order it.

The beats on this cd arn't as good as others. The lyrics are pretty good. This is my least favorite cd by them, but its still good. Good songs are:
1605 Life - Same as "Suburban Life" but with a different beat.
3 Horny Devils - good song, beat iz pretty good.
Nightlife - love this song, probably favorite on this cd.
Pimp Twist - good song............great video.

If your down with the Krown and you havnt got this cd, pick it up to finish off your collection.
