Sang Na creates a visually intersting book, but my four-year old niece and I were frustrated that the animals weren't rainforest animals. When a picturebook begins "At the edge of a vast rainforest . . . " it would have been more rewarding to have the animal characters within the book be animals that live in the rainforest.

I love this book and the others by Il Sung Nu. The pictures are fun the story is simple. I have several of his books and you can't go wrong! Wish more other of them came in the board book version! A must buy!!
