It is designed with a high back and upholstered in commercial grade fabric. Ratchet back height adjustment allows for perfect positioning of the back cushion for lumbar support. Adjustable armrests allow the user to move the armrests to match shoulder breadth. Other features include a large 27-inch nylon base for stability, pneumatic gas-lift seat height adjustment, adjustable tilt tension to accommodate differently sized users, and seat tilt lock allowing the seat to lock throughout the tilt range. In addition a back angle lock allows the back to lock throughout the angle range for perfect back support. The chair overall measures 30-1/2 inches wide by 27 inches deep and adjusts to between 38-1/2 and 44 inches high. Its seat is 20 inches wide by 19 inches deep and adjusts to between 18 inches and 21-1/2 inches high. The back is 19-1/2 inches wide by 23 inches high. The arm height is 24-1/2 inches high by 31 inches wide. The chair can safely hold up to 250 pounds. Some easy assembly is needed on arrival.

Instructions on this chair,were A little vague,especially when It came to installing the arms.Had A hell of A time,because the right arm was out of kilter,not lined-up with the groove,so I couldn't screw the set screw In.
So I removed the hardware off the seat,found out It had A plastic sleeve,good,got out my utility knife and started scrapping away,that did It,screw fit into the groove,and I was able to set In the right arm.Am glad It had A plastic sleeve,and not metal.
Chair Is Comfortable,All features work nice.This does not support your head,wish It did,not A high-back.Width and height adjustment on arms Is nice.
5 legs with caster rollers Is nice also.Height adjustment on chair back,So-So.

I agree almost entirely with Ralph. The high adjustment lever was also broken on upon delivery. The arms I feel are too wide and forward for my taste, especially when you are tilting back. You sorta have to extend your arms forward a bit to rest on them which feels very unnatural. I'd much prefer the arms a little closer in and positioned towards the back a little more. Although the fabric seems to be of relatively high quality, the cushion is not soft enough for my taste. The backrest feels especially hard.

I think it is very difficult to find a good chair that someone likes. It is very different for different people. I was sold on this chair by the mostly positive reviews, but I just didn't find that the chair was comfortable enough for me. I will be returning unfortunately.
