5.0 out of 5 stars Review of high blood pressure for dummies, February 14, 2008
I am a 78 year old physician being treated
for hypertension. I found this book to be quite
useful and informative.Because of the knowledge
gained from this book I was able to suggest drug
treatments to my physician. In addition to the drug treatment,
the author recommmends nutritional choices.
My blood pressure is now very well controlled on a
dietary regime and prescribed medications that cost me
ten cents a day.
well controlled on a product that costs me ten cents a day.

This text explains the issues behind the condition in explicit detail. A very good text to help the average person understand the facts and it contains good recommendations for tackling it.

5.0 out of 5 stars High Blood Pressure for Dummies review, December 4, 2010

This review is from: High Blood Pressure for Dummies (Paperback)
The book came in very quickly and it was just as promised, new. I loved the book. It gave me many good pointers on keeping blood pressure under control. I have already started working with some of the pointers. It's so good to know that weight plays such a big role in almost every health condition there is, and to know that I can work on this issue first and foremost.
