Bad reviews for using GPS and because your car already has a speedometer? Really? The GPS is obvious, you'd think. And speed can be useful for biking, boating, and more. All this is in the description.

That said, the app is fine, but I'd choose another if it were a matter of having to pay for it. If you have a use for it, get it free today!

I just don't get negative reviews from those who don't even need the app. It would be like me giving a bad review to a lawnmower because I rent an apartment.

This app was designed to do one thing, track your speed. This app does a great job doing it. I wouldn't pay $0.99 for it but it still does a great job doing the one task it was designed for.

I broke the speedometer on my motorbike years ago. I got a holder for my Droid phone and this is a simple, easy to see replacement. I don't need a miles traveled, or compass; it just does speed and does it well. The name says it all.

Only complaint I have is that it does not override the display timeout so I don't have to turn it off manually every time I go for a ride.

Other than that, it is well worth the dollar I paid for it.
