This tape is fun, high energy, made me feel great. Couldn't wait to get out there and walk. I like the two sides with increased pace on 2nd side.

My "go to" CD for walking,

I have about 10 walking CD's now, and I mall walk, and this has become my "go to" CD that I usually use. I've lost alot of weight mall-walking in the past 6 months and this CD really helps me get and stay in the mood. It is not the original artists, but the beats are perfect for me to walk to- not too fast that I can't keep up but really challenging to stay with. I'm a female in my 50's. The first song gets you warmed up and feeling good, and by the 3rd song- "all night long"- I'm just flying through that mall- the songs last longer than the originals, I think, and then the next song gets transitioned in while the previous one is ending, so there is no break in songs like on some CD's, where you just get into a song, it ends, and you kind of wait for the next one to get going again. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this CD, and while I'm here I think I'll order another to have on hand in case something happens to the one I've got!
