Best hip hop band you've never heard of, May 10, 2011

I don't usually listen to Hip Hop but I listened to a Relix compilation CD (Thank you Relix) and the song "Vicarious" (no swear words in that one) was so instantly addictive with a great groove, vocal harmonies and ferociously funny and smart lyrics. The music is simpler and more straight forward than the Beastie Boys but the grooves, flow and satirical smarts are undeniable. 'Bad Rap" , with J.J Sinatra is an hysterical and candid "white boy growing up with rap" biography . With their unique attitude and talent, The Federal Moguls deserve much much more recognition.
