Editorial Reviews

Review

Jamie Glazov is magnificent.
-- Ann Coulter, American lawyer, conservative social and political commentator, author of 8 books (all of which have appeared on the NY Times Best Sellers list), and syndicated columnist for Universal Press Syndicate.

Brave, honest, brilliant, innovative, and hands-down winner of the gold medal for the least politically-correct work since David Horowitz's Radical Son.
-- R. James Woolsey, Chairman of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and Director of Central Intelligence 1993-95.

These symposia are so intellectually fascinating that you will be glued to your seat once you open the first page. High Noon for America is one of the most riveting intellectual roller coaster rides you will ever take. This book is a must read.
-- Steven Emerson, Executive Director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

A Rabelais, a Swift for our times, Jamie Glazov has his finger on the pulse of our troubled age, and the clarity of vision to offer workable solutions, with an engaging wit and clarity of style that is unparalleled.
-- Robert Spencer, author of the New York Times bestsellers The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades) and The Truth About Muhammad.

Ever astute and incisive, Dr. Jamie Glazov once again soars above the political barking match that passes for debate in our troubled country. Gathering the key insights of a platoon of our liveliest conservative thinkers, High Noon for America is well worth your time and money!
-- Lt. Col. Ralph Peters, U.S. Army (Retd.), author of Lines Of Fire and Endless War.

High Noon for America provides us with a stunning arsenal of intellectual weapons to defend America's minds, our freedom, and our way of life.
-- Ion Mihai Pacepa, author of Red Horizons, republished in 27 countries.

High Noon for America is better than talking heads, it's talking brains, including many of our finest. It expands consciousness, adds immeasurably to your education, and stimulates us all to rethink our convictions about this highly volatile world. And there's even a guide to the religiously perplexed.
-- Michael Ledeen, Freedom Scholar at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies and author of Accomplice to Evil: Iran and the War Against the West.

Jamie Glazov's symposia always seek out engaging and independent analyses from thinkers who pull no punches and are not purveyors of convention wisdom. From Libya and the war on terror to religion and energy, the roundtable discussions discard taboos and politically-correct dogmas in this fascinating collection of underappreciated wisdom.
-- Victor Davis Hanson, senior fellow the Hoover Institution, Stanford University.

High Noon for America addresses major and often controversial political, social and cultural issues of our times which in many instances have not been not given sufficient attention either in the mass media or academic writings. There is much to learn from this rich collection.
-- Paul Hollander, author of Political Pilgrims and The End of Commitment.

With his new collection of essays, Jamie Glazov takes his place as one of America's most astute and penetrating interviewers. High Noon for America is essential reading for anyone who wants to get the real story on the most contentious and important issues facing America today.
-- Bruce S. Thornton, Research Fellow, Hoover Institution and author of The Wages of Appeasement.

High Noon for America delivers the most comprehensive analysis from the best minds of our time on the threat facing Western Civilization.
-- Brigitte Gabriel, founder of ActforAmerica.org and New York Times best-selling author.

About the Author

Jamie Glazov holds a Ph.D. in history with specialties in U.S., Russian, and Canadian foreign policy. He is the editor of Frontpagemag.com and the author of the critically acclaimed and best selling, "United in Hate: The Left's Romance With Tyranny and Terror." He is also the author of, "Canadian Policy Toward Khrushchev’s Soviet Union" and the co-editor (with David Horowitz) of "The Hate America Left." He edited and wrote the introduction to David Horowitz’s "Left Illusions." Glazov's previous book, "Showdown With Evil - Our Struggle Against Tyranny and Terror", was published by Mantua Books and offered a powerful and honest assessment of the implications of the threat we face in our terror war - as well as a warning that should not go unheeded. A powerful crash course in how to protect American liberty from its totalitarian enemies, Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney, USAF (Ret.), called "Showdown With Evil", “The most important book in America.” Glazov's latest book, "High Noon for America: The Coming Showdown", was released in Fall 2012. This important book was most timely, coming out just ahead of the American presidential election. The book provides lively and thought provoking discussions on a variety of contemporary topics and sheds light on fundamental issues that critically affect the future of America and indeed the world.

A rehash of current events without the media spin. Mostly, author's point of view has been expressed often, in books, opinion columns and on some TV shows.
