There is a certain amount of redundancy, and a lot of these careers require another type of training, but this is a good starting point if you are looking to get ideas on careers you can obtain with an associates degree, a GED, or without completing high school or equivalent. Some examples: fashion model, boat captain, lifeguard, bank teller, resume writer, illustrator, tennis instructor. List goes on.

Great book, especially since college is out of reach for most people today.

Honestly, some of the best jobs that one can get without a college education are skimpily covered or completely left out here: contractor, property manager, to name two. Also, many of the "jobs" listed are simply a joke. Street performer? Fashion model? C'mon. Entreprenurial ventures are honestly the means by which most people who eschew college actually make real money. Actually, writing books like this, full of "soft" advice would count as one such venture. Not worth the money.
