This book is awesome. Not only is it written in an entertaining way, by a cyclist who happens to also be a doctor, it has easy to understand tables that show you how to estimate your calorie expenditures versus your food intake. It also dispels many of the dieting myths and gives you clear, rational data to improve your performance and manage your weight. Highly recommended.
