I bought this clothing bar, as I travel a lot. I drive an F350 Dually, and the bar works great in my truck. I also live 6 miles off the highway on a washboard gravel road. The clothing bar stays up and my hangers stay on. If you are looking for a clothing bar that works very well, you need to purchase this one.

We purchased the hanging clothes bar for a trip that we needed formal clothing. I hated to pack the clothes as we would be traveling two days. This bar was wonderful. I had used bars before that the hangers slid back and forth, but with this bar, hangers did not slide. They stayed in place when we made sharp turns and because of the grooves on the bar, the hangers stayed in place.
I would recommend this bar to anyone traveling by auto who does not want to iron when they arrive at their destination.

The Tallus clothes hanger for automobiles is a well made and thoughtfully designed piece of equipment. The workmanship is excellent and is intuitively designed. The hangar attachment which allows the rod to be attached to the hanging studs in the vehicle is designed intelligently so it fits a variety of vehicles. Because of design forethought, you can generally install the rod into the vehicle in one of two possible ways. The metal stock used is heavy-duty and will not sag due to reasonable load; the vinyl car studs would most likely bend before the rod would. Great buy!

This clothes bar fits well in our minivan. Easy to install and remove. The rubber tubes that slide along the bar do not move when clothes are hung from them on the bar. They permit us to position the clothes to one side to ensure a clear view out the rear window. The clothes then stay where placed even during sharp turns.

We have been traveling for two week and it has worked very well.

We needed it for our move from Massachusetts to Florida. It was extremely helpful and worked excellent.

We used this product to move several closets full of clothes to our new residence a few miles away. It takes a very heavy load without bending and it's held up nicely for several trips. We'll continue to use it for dry cleaner trips.

The anti-slide sleeves work, but one got bunched up and took a permanent set.

I keep this in the back of my card and use it very often when I have lots of dry cleaning or moving lots of clothes. And, I let several friend borrow it. It's a great thing to have handy.

This product is being used in our Honda van and works well and as stated. Because we use it in the rear of the van (not 2nd row), on the hand grab bars, the clothes bar is too far from the rear access door and difficult to reach. This is not the fault of this product. A solution, which I have not done to date, would be to add hooks closer to the rear of the van. Good product.

I was skeptical as these things just are not available any longer. What a treat. It is long enough, and substantially made, clothes don't slide, fits well on any type of car hanger, and expandable.
I have used it several places - in car and out...good product...good price.
