This game is more exciting than HALO 2, KILLZONE and GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS put together!!!

No, sorry. I'm only kidding. Just wanted to get your attention there!

But this is a very enjoyable gambling simulation. You can play blackjack, poker, craps, slot machines, etc. and not lose any real money.

To really win the big money, you can enter tournaments and if you can beat the other players ( finish with the most money after a certain number of hands ) you win money and prizes. You also unlock new clothes to wear as your virtual self struts around the 3D casino. When you win, your little man/ woman will walk around with their head high in the air and when you lose he/she walks around, shoulders slumped with depression or waving their arms around angrily.

One thing I like, is as you play these games you begin to get a little better at them. I've never liked or really understood poker before, but playing them here has helped me learn how to play better. I don't seem to lose as much now as I did when I started.

Overall, if you enjoy playing card games or one-armed bandits (slot machines) and want a slower paced game to enjoy for a time, this is a good place to start. And you can't beat that price! - George Bauch.

In case you were unable to infer from my title, I am actually a casino dealer. I deal card games and craps. I got this game before I became a dealer, so I'm going to have to write a two part review.

My initial response to this game is that graphics suck, but it's fun, and it was the closest thing my underage self was going to get to real gambling. It has an excellent selection of games. It does a little bit of rather ridiculous and unnecessary character modding, and you can win prizes in the tournaments that are good for nothing but exchanging for money, which is obviously their only real purpose.

What I liked about it was, as I said, the good selection of games. It is by no means a complete selection, but it's really not bad. The casino is pretty big, and it gets annoying having to walk around to the different podiums, as in when you need to get your "V.I.P" cards, but you do have the ability to jump straight from game to game, which helps. My favorite thing about this game, however, was the tutorials. They made it really easy to learn how to play just about any game, and they're really quite in depth. In fact, learning to play these games with High Rollers Casino made it even easier to learn how to deal them.

What I didn't like about this game was the sloppy graphics which sometimes make it hard to read the cards or betting circles. Also, the AI chatter is annoying as heck, and the background noise is on a loop, and if you've been playing for a while, you start to notice this one especially loud guy in the background noise saying something or other, and if you're obsessive like me, trying to figure out what he's saying will eat away at your mind and drive you insane... But anyway.

Okay, here comes part two of my review. Playing this game after I became a dealer... I no longer have the same enjoyment playing it as I did before I learned its flaws, and there are several of them. If you're not a gambler or have never observed an actual game in a casino, you're probably not going to notice them, but if you do actually know how these games are played in a real casino, it might just annoy you that not only are they played incorrectly, but the betting doesn't work as it should. One thing that irritates me is on the table games, with the exception of Blackjack and Spanish 21, you're not supposed to be able to see the other players cards, and High Rollers likes to prominently display every players hand, which, while it gives you an advantage being able to determine what the dealer probably holds, it's against the rules of real casinos. Also, Spanish 21 is missing the bonus bet that practically MAKES it Spanish 21. Also, the Craps payouts are incorrect, and I don't think they have all the regular Craps bets on the table. I can't come up with every mistake right now, but just so you're aware, the makers of this game didn't quite get all the rules right.

One glitch I found was that the game freezes up sometimes, and in the middle of the most boring 30 hand tournament when you're nearly done... it's kind of aggravating..

Anyway, despite its flaws, I'd have to say this is a pretty good game. I especially like playing poker on it. It's educational if you want to learn the vice of gambling. Just don't try asking your fellow Pai Gow players what they're holding when you do make the jump to real gambling.

My wife and I love this game. Every friend of mine that's ever played this has loved the game. The only complaint is that the game doesn't have the tough "High Roller" look. It's very cartoonish and "gay", if you will. The slot machines are also a slight gripe of the game. Not realistic slots and rediculous payouts.

You can play just about every card game in a normal casino. If you don't know how to play any game in any casino and would like to learn, this is a great game for you. The game teaches you how to play blackjack, roulette, craps, or whatever else you'd like to learn.

This game tends to have a rather realistic payout regarding blackjack or any other card game. It's not like some casino games how they'll pay out all the time to make the player enjoy winning. This in turn promotes the particular casino that has their name on the cover of the game.

A+! 2 Thumbs up from me and my honey! For the price, you can't beat the hours of fun you'll have. Thanks for reading!

I just got this game yesterday and I love it! You can create your own character, walk around in a 3D casino, and work on becoming a "High Roller". Basically, the higher your bankroll is, the more stuff you begin to unlock (different casino games, clothing outfits, ect), and the higher priced games you have access to. The tournaments are fun and the AI is good. I admit I am no pro, but I have been getting spanked in a handful of the 7 card stud, 5 card stud, Texas Hold'em, ect poker games.

One thing to take note. The character's personality is associated with what head you choose. Experiment with 20 or so different heads before you go full steam into building your char. You don't want to get stuck with a goofy looking head that ends up being a flaimer...

The most important thing you should know is that all the poker games are LIMIT.That's because limit poker is easier to program than No-limit.Surprisingly,the CPU A.I. is non-existent anyway!Sure, because poker is often a game of luck, you won't win every game.I just played the Texas Hold'em portion of the game for about 20 minutes at the store but that was enough. The tournaments for Texas hold'em are limited to only 20 hands or so(very similar format to Hoyle Casino 2004 for the computer, but at least that was structured better). The one with the most money after 20 hands wins.Problem is(just like Hoyle Casino 2004 etc.)the CPU players don't seem to know that, and with just a few hands left, they often won't even bother to catch-up.So there you have it.If you see the game for $10 or less and have a child under 10 years old who is interested in becoming a degenerate gambler, let them try it out.Maybe they'll find a game(probably still with bad A.I.,though)they really like that I never tried.Once they learn how to play all the games and get bored with it,you can just trade it in for something better like the PS2 version of World Poker Tour-it's CPU players check too often but still play well enough and it has the best variety of POKER games and big beautiful easy to read cards.

Fun at first, but the slots are pathetic, and the game grows tiring quickly. Not to mention, they made a SERIOUS mistake/flaw in designing this game, as you can max out your charater in a matter of hours if you know how (save your game, go to the roulette, put everything on zero/double zero, if you win, holy cow do you have a lot of money. If you lose, simply restart and load your game. Continue this until you win, and have buku bucks). Enjoy this nice tip, and then be like me and grow bored of the game and disgard it.

Gameplay is fun and very interactive - out of the handful of casino-type games I've purchased, I've enjoyed this one the most. I must say, the slots are pretty silly, but overall I enjoy the game a lot.

The graphics are nice on this game but the AI is awful. The poker games are really easy to beat. It doesn't have an online feature, so are stuck playing the rotten AI. The slots are OK for about 10 mins
