Ordered the item before Thanksgiving. Was assured it would arrive in fifteen business days. Several days before Christmas I had to go out and get it myself. Several emails through Amazon to Media King with absolutely NO RESPONSE! I've spoken with others who have had similar experiences with this reseller. The only reason there is a star on the rating is I felt it was necessary to get to this point in the review process. If I could delete the star I would.

MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT! SHE WATCHES IT EVERY DAY AND HAS LEARNED MOST OF THE SONGS ALREADY. SHE HAS DOWN SYNDROME, AND IT TICKLES EVERYONE WHEN SHE SINGS THE SONGS SO DRAMATICALLY. GLAD I GOT IT FOR HER FOR CHRISTMAS.

The item I ordered, that was SUPPOSED to be here by 12/22, still hasn't arrived, and it's 1/9! I have emailed SEVERAL times, but have yet to get a response! Needless to say, I DO NOT reccomend this seller!
