This is my third 30 inch High Sierra duffel and I won't use anything else for travel. I travel a lot and these really hold lots plus hold up well even with the rough airline handling.

Bought two of these bags to take with us to Africa. We were able to stuff everything we needed into them, and still had room to bring back souvenirs and many bottles of wine.

The wheels are nice and smooth, and I like the way the pockets expand into the bag. We made use of this feature heavily for moving dirty clothing to the outer pockets.

My wife's bag developed a rather unsightly tear at one of the seems while it was in airport baggage. Unfortunately, because it wasn't with us, we don't know the details, but I wasn't expecting something made of this kind of vey tough material to rip so easily. The bag is still working, and hasn't ripped more, but I'm afraid of what will happen on future trips.

Received this bag as a gift last September. Used it for trips in Oct, Jan, and March. Was trying to pack the bag for my 4th trip in July and noticed the corner was tearing. Upon closer investigation, the bag was clearly dropped on one of its wheeled corners, which shattered the plastic and tore out the seams. The wheel is no longer rigid to the bag. High Sierra will not cover airline damage in their warranty, and it's now too late for me to make a claim to the airline.

I've gotten less than a year's use from a $120 bag. I'll be looking elsewhere for its replacement. I think it will be a Athalon 29" 15-Pocket Duffel which looks to have better organization options, nearly the same weight, and a lower price.
