My sister got one of these from her work, so i have been "long-term" borrowing it. Being that I ride a motorcycle, it is nearly impossible to turn down the volume or even change tracks once I'm on the road. On the padded shoulder strap, there is the raised pad that by touch, you can press pause, next, previous, play, and volume adjust which lights up in blue (illumination at nite/dark places.The other shoulder strap holds the ipod and the earphone jack is connected on the outside of the pouch. It has a padded divider inside and lots of little compartments. it is very comfortable to ride with even if you have to pack that thing full of clothes, books, laptop, gear, etc. it is expensive, but just the convenience feature of the ipod pad for me is so worth it. when i ride without my ipod, it can fit the garage door opener as well ( I got that big brick one). I am also a student, so when i walk onto campus or where ever, I still enjoy the convenience of having the controls right at my fingertips without having the physically take out the ipod or take out my earbuds when someone talks to me. I wish they sold these in department stores or at a moto shop. i can't find these anywhere.
