The padding and size is nice. Quality just isn't there., December 8, 2010
This review is from: High Sierra Wheeled Double Adjustable Ski Bag (Apparel)
Definately fits 2 pairs of skis nicely. There is padding down the middle to not let the skis knock each other, and there is buckles and straps to aide with stability in the bag as well. I WAS able to fit 1 pair of boots, 1 pair of skis and 1 pair of poles, after wedging the boots towards one end(skis were size 184). Oh, and 2 pairs of skis(1 pair was wide-Volkl Gotama, other was Atomic Crimson TI) and 1 pair of slim carbon poles the total weight was 49.2 lbs. The quality is great. I have used on 4 round-trip flights. No tears, breaks, or anything wrong. So far it is holding up great. Switched from a non-insulated smaller bag and this was well worth it. Update 4/21/11: Changing my count from 5 stars to 2 stars. On our 6th trip, the sinch strapped ripped and now the seam below the pulling handle is starting to seperate. I had such high hopes as I really liked everything about this bag. But for a bag to last only 5 trips in 1 year, this is not up to the quality it should be.

Seam came undone after a total of 5 flight segments, January 7, 2012
It is a ski bag that can hold two pairs of skis. I bought it for my son. After a total of two trips (including 5 flight segments) a seam came completely open. It is under warranty, but I am sure it will cost $25 to ship it back for repair or replacement.

Unfortunate!, March 6, 2011
This review is from: High Sierra Wheeled Double Adjustable Ski Bag (Apparel)
Cause it could be a great bag. As the previous reviewer posted, on my second trip out west the pull handle on the front top of the bag tore half the fabric off. now completely useless. not to mention the fact that on first trip out west one of the zipper handles on the main compartment broke off. Unfortunate, cause it's a great looking bag with great features. But no doubt, they have a design/quality issue with this bag, as there are numerous complaints online of the same issue. went ahead and ordered a Dakine wheeled bag . better reviews. maybe i can get my local cobbler to repair it with some double stitching and keep it as a back up. if not, i'll be throwing it out. Unfortunate. you've been warned!
