More About the Author

I've taught communication for 30+ years. I love it, especially because former students stay in touch (I mentor them daily thanks to my college's support through the Arthur H. DeKruyter Chair).

Along the way I've written many articles and books about communicating effectively, from how to write books (I conduct book-writing workshops) to how to compose resumes (most college-student resumes are disasterville, so I wrote the leading book on how to write a college student/graduate resume that will actually generate interviews and land jobs), and how to write and deliver speeches (see my book "An Essential Guide to Public Speaking").
