Just as a compass can guide us when we are lost, a rainbow can bring us a sign of hope, Dr. Vernon Sylvest brings us a brilliant audio CD, "Higher Self Healing Meditation" as an invitation to be guided into a meditative state, a sweetness that words cannot express. The meditative journey we are guided on by Dr. Sylvest's gentle voice is a reminder that our true nature is oneness with our Source/God and that our willingness to release our egoistic ways will return us to our purest self where love, peace, and joy resides. The soft background music is soothing and is a beautiful pathway to the relaxation process. I wholeheartedly recommend that you don't waste one more minute contemplating whether to get this meditation CD. It is the BEST!
