What a FIND!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Highland Folk Ways (Paperback)
My husband and I found this book while visiting the Living Museum in Ireland. The lady who wrote the book founded the museum, and you can see everything that she talks about right there. We are living historians in the States and we find this book to be outstanding. It touches on everything in the daily life of the Highland Scots. (from ancient drop spindles to a horizontal water wheel to house construction!!) We have ordered extra copies for our friends.

I am interested in all things Scottish, land of my ancestors, and found this book quite by accident in Massachusetts, what a find! This will be an addition to my favorite book collection.
