When the world is so busy and you don't even have time to think, you can go to this book, sit down, and relax and forget all of your worldly concerns. A lot of people in the world today have forgotten what is really important in our lives. When asked that questions all would reply that their family and friends are most important but too many other things always seem to get in their way. This book talks about all the important things in life and is a great book to read over and over. I've bought ten copies and are giving them away to my family, friends and customers. Hopefully, this book will touch many peoples lives and will make the world just a little better place to live. If you wnat your heart warmed and your soul cleansed get a copy of this awesome book today. You won't be disappointed. It should be on every home's coffee table. Can't wait for their next book to be published.

I initially bought this book for a friend of mines who was about to attend university in the fall. However, I after reading several pages myself I found that I could hardly keep it down. It contains life changing short stories and quotes that are sure to make anyone cheerful.
I have now decided to buy a copy for myself.

As one of those aging folks who likes to read clearly written books over and over (at intervals of maybe a year or two), I came across this little volume on my Nerd Castle living room book shelves just today (February 12, 2013).

It's one of those books that never wears out. It stays relevant. It keeps me on track. I get into funks easily, and this helps me climb (or stay) out of them.

Helps, I said. I still must do the heavy lifting myself.

The book comprises short quotes with little explanations, mostly by well-known venerable sages of days gone by: Walt Whitman, Thornton Wilder, Albert Einstein ... even Sophia Loren! The authors tell a few little stories, too, all with a surprise twist that really gets me to thinking. What goes around, comes around!

Pablo Picasso ... Ephesians (the Holy Bible) ... John Wesley ... Norman Vincent Peale ... Guess they knew what they were talking about, eh?

I might read this book a hundred times and every single time, I'll get something new out of it.

A must read, a must keep.

This book is so cheesy and over-the-top it's sometimes maddening. Other days those same quotes and stories become hugely inspiring. I guess it depends on how cynical you wake up feeling. What is it exactly? A thematic collection of quotes, stories and poems that are in theory hugely inspirational and remind us of the best things in life.

The famous Winston Churchill/Alexander Flemming is included here, and that story was long ago proven to be false, so the fact that they included it was troubling.

When I bought this book, I never expected it to be as useful and extraordinary as it has become. I read it every night with my family, and we share with each other what we understand of each statement and how we feel we can apply it in our own lives. We try to do our homework putting in practice what we learn. Has a very understandable language for any age, including children. No matter how many times you read it, you always learn something new. This is a book I really love.
