An entertaining throwback to action flicks. Set in the near future, two washed up former operatives known as the Highwaymen are enlisted by former president Clinton to stop a disastrous government weapon on the loose. Now they're hunted by a genetically enhanced CIA team. Non stop action and great, witty chemistry between the old partners.

Moves along fast enough. Interesting concept with the old guys having to make a comeback. Not particularly well-developed in any of the details. Pretty much a complete absence of character arcs for either of the main guys. Overall a bit of generic action after a promising premise. 4 stars since I don't read a lot of comics, so they could just generally suck in this way, so I don't want to bash this thing down unfairly. But I have read a (very) few truly great ones. This is not one of them.
