More About the Author
Kevin Revolinski is a freelance writer/photographer writing mainly about travel and the outdoors. He is the author of several books and his work has appeared in The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and Sydney Morning Herald. His year teaching abroad in Turkey became the subject of his first book, The Yogurt Man Cometh. He has traveled to more than sixty countries and lived in five. He did his first guidebook work for Rough Guides and has since written several Wisconsin and Midwest travel, beer and outdoor guides. As the author of Wisconsin's Best Beer Guide, he was invited on The Today Show to sample beers with Al Roker at Lambeau Field. He maintains a website and blog called The Mad Traveler (www.TheMadTravelerOnline.com, Revtravel.com) and is an avid camper, hiker, paddler, and beer drinker. He has lived abroad in several places including Italy, Guatemala, Turkey, Panama, and Thailand, but currently divides his time between Madison, Wisconsin and Bangkok, Thailand.
