This is an adequate guide book for a rather strange national park. The book is presented well and has some interesting history. In fact, that's the main benefit. The trails in this park are extremely easy to hike and it is absolutely impossible to get lost. In fact, it's not possible to get more than a couple miles from a highway!
If I had it to do over, I'd use a free map and get a book on local history instead. |
