Well I just purchased qty-3 stools.
They come unassembled so putting them together was not a big issue.
Directions were good and a semi complete harware kit is included.
I say semi complete due to the fact that in one of the packages of three It was short a screw and washers. In the same package, as the assembly began the manufacturer did not drill six (6) holes in the seat ring that swivels. I'm a handy person so this was not a show stopper but an inconvience. Since the holes are on a radious it was a little difficult to figure out where to place the holes. This got done only to find out the screw shortage and then when placing the seat cushion on it didn't fit properly and extended over the front edge of the seat ring. It looked like it was an oval ring instead of circular. Also the seat back should have had "dato" relief to allow the seat cushion to sit back far enough so it didn't hang over the edge. The other two stools came out as expected and I am happy with the product. So still toying with the idea of returning the defficient stool. Hope this review helps.

My wife and I ordered three of these chairs as part of remodeling our kitchen.
The chairs arrived ahead of schedule. There was no shipping damage and all of the bits and pieces were included.
We had no difficulty assembling them. I think we spent a little over an hour putting them together and cleaning up the packing. The chairs are very well packed so there is a lot of cardboard to take to the trash.
We have had the chairs for a few months and are pleased with our purchase. They are comfortable, stylish, swivel smoothly and easy to clean. They have consistently drawn praise from our guests.
