Can one learn to dance with a book?,
By Country Singer "Warren" (Southeastern US) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Hilton Osborne's Run to the Floor for Country Western...Line Dancing (Paperback)
This is a very thorough book. The book has 182 Pages of about 48 dances with dance floor etiquette, counting, cue sheets, oodles of pictures (mostly feet and direction of movement), dances separated starting with easy dances and moving toward more difficult dances. And the big finish: Chapter 10 has eleven pages with charts showing for each of the dances included: Type (Couples, Line, Circle or Singles), Tempo (Beats per minute), and Songs known to be used with each dance, and performers known to be associated with the song(s) mentioned. |
