Seemingly useless. Got it for my husband that cooks, and also appreciates things that are aesthetically pleasing, but I wanted some USE out of it. It sits on the kitchen windowsill collecting dust but still pretty. So if you want to get a deco piece, sure get it. But don't expect to use it.
