Taking GlucoCare has cut my need for insulin by about half. It's definitely effective.
Also have taken: Diabecon and Karela from Himalaya too - also very effective.

I have used this product for about a year and found improved glycemic control. Its an excellent natural alternative to prescription medications. The product contains a blend of natural substances that naturally decrease blood sugar. There is less likelihood of complications and adverse side effects. This larger size bottle also comes at decent price.
