I have been using this for 4 months now. I am prediabetic and check my fasting glucose every morning and spot check from time to time. I can say that when I am taking this regularly it drops my glucose at least 10 points from where it would normally be.

I've been using Bitter Melon supplement for just two weeks now and already noticing my blood sugars evening out all day long with fewer hypoglycemic episodes. I am Type 2 diabetic on insulin and check BG 4 or 5 times a day. Before beginning this supplement I was having several hypoglycemic episodes followed by high blood sugars when I overcompensated for the lows.
