I found this to be a far more complete book then most how to books. This shows the history and benifits in all things of these lamps. It works from a lot of spiritual points of view and practices and shows how these tools keep us healthy, happy and wise. I would recommend it to anyone needing more insight into the Himalayan Salt Lamps.

I was pleasantly surprised at the way the crystals emitted the sense of being at the ocean....like you were on the boardwalk smelling the sea air.. This smell is very comforting to us since we've lived at the shore all our lives and going to the beach is a fond memory!! The crystals in rhe basket emit not only the smell but when turned on the crystals emit a very warm glow, like you were watching a fire and gives the illusion of warming up the room!!!Very nice product and amazon shipped it so fast,well before the actual delivery date..and just in time for Christmas!!! Thanks!!!!

I love my salt lamps and this book enhanced my knowledge of its mystical qualities.

I purchesed this for my daughter who has Autism, it helped her in calming down and with her sleep. I am very much satisfied with the product and would suggest to other parents with special need kids.
Only thing that is missing in this lamp is dimmer switch, it has only on/off switch.

I have had salt crystal lamps for years. they make the house feel fresher in winter when you can't open a window as often as you would like. This book gets into how the lamps do that, and a host of other things like meditation' clensing divination tools like tarot cards. I recomend this book for everyone especially meditators and divinators.

This book is in great shape like new, great information I am learning a lot from it very glad I got it.

Im not 100 percent sure this light does anything with the exception of sucking the moisture out of the air. It is very beautiful in design and makes a great conversation piece.

OMG. based on one or 2 reviews I thought they were going to send me the lamp and for my huge surprise I got just a book. I want my money back!
