This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made. After ten minutes of having the handcuffs, my roommate slapped them on and they could not be unlocked. After several minutes of trying to use the very cheaply made key, the key broke off into the lock. Then the real fun began; we called police dispatch and they recommended we call an ambulance to have them removed (this became our last resort). Then we drove around town until we found a police officer and flagged him down. He tried for several minutes to get them off with his key and was unsuccessful. Eventually his Sergeant came and tried as well. We eventually made it to the fire station and we secured a set of bolt cutter and we were able to snap them off. Do not buy these handcuffs!! Not to mention, reading the directions for this set was like deciphering a kindergardeners finger paintings. Spend the extra money on the Smith and Wesson's, it will be worth it.

This is a terrible product! I got it and only one side even worked... You can tell the company doesn't care about quality! Go with some Smith and Wesson 100s instead!

We ordered the hinged handcuffs and instead received handcuffs with chain between the cuffs. This is not what my son ordered.

You cannot compare these to a peerless or smith and wesson...

the machining is very rough...and while I didnt get a rusted out version like some of the other reviewers I did adequately test the lock and key mechanism before trying them on a wrist

since these aren't going to be used professionally I didnt feel the need to spend a fortune... they are for playtime and I imagine if my partner did get stuck in the it would only add to the excitement...

I bought these for my husband and when he was looking at them he realized that they didn't lock. that you can easily undo them without a key even if they were on tight.

These handcuffs were okay, but I thought they could of been a little smoother, and easier to open but otherwise they do everything they're suppose to do..

The first time I used the handcuffs they got stuck on my prisoner and I had to get them cut off at the jail.

My husband bought these a while back when he did armed security. They are made great and seem like they would do the job. He likes these alot better than the ones with the chain in the middle. These are just more durable!

These cuffs are great. No problems at all. Look great, feel uncomfortable (as they are supposed to) and work great. Very sturdy.

The handcuffs I got look old and they do not lock, with a enough pressure you can pull them apart. I gave these handcuffs one star because they can be good for paperweight. To help make your decision easy these handcuffs suck.
