The hoop and frame arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I am using and loving it as I knew I would because I have wanted one for years. The shipping package was damaged and a small piece fell out. My son had it and emailed the manufacturer and the part was sent immediately. No harm there and no charge to me. He put it together for me and as I said, I couldn't be happier.
