Excellent case for your IPOD touch. Good quality leather.

Belt Clip feature is very useful.

Need screen cover for complete protection.

I have tried the other case designs for my iPod Touch as I use it to work out with and run so my needs can be demanding. The other cases ended up being too flimsy or loose to secure the iPod Touch to my arm or waist band. This one is snug and offers a great deal of protection all around the phone.

You can easily plug in the charger/USB and earphone jacks. You have complete access to the front screen and button. The only problem is the volume controls are a little difficult to push on the side of the case but other than that, it has held up very well over the past few weeks.

If you have a screen protector, I would recommend using it with this case as the front is left completely unprotected. The clip mechanism on the back of the case is very sturdy but does not swivel. However, it looks as if it can take a beating before breaking. As long as you do not want to use this case to attach to your arm when working out, this design is great.

Product came in as described, durable and very easy set up. Added bonus, comes with clear plastic cover for front. I will purchase these covers again. Fast shipping.

Had one of these cases when first got it and from using it so much it was wearing out. So got another one.

The case was great at first, but after owning it for a while the case has worn a bit and the inside is slick and allows the iPod Touch to fall out of the case too easy. I would look at the folio version of this case.

this is the perfect solution for working out since the ipod touch is too big for an armband.

I have yet to buy this product from Amazon, but 3 years ago I did buy it at Circuit City. What a fantastic case! The screen protector is very high quality and stands up to a fair amount of poking before showing fingerprints, and the belt clip has stood up to several hundred hours of outdoor work with no real issues. 3 years later the leather started to peel and the metal belt clip is showing through. For the cost this is a perfect case for your original iPod Touch (G1)! I'm planning on ordering a new one very soon so I can hand this down to the next generation.

Only one nitpick, it has a completely open top. As long as you have this in mind when you're holding your iPod Touch upside down (you eventually get used to holding a finger across the opening), you'll be fine. Also periodically clean the interior of the case or sand/dust/grit will scuff the back of your iPod (purely cosmetic).

Great case but the screen protector, because it is adhesive, is hard to get on and collects dust from the environment.
