5.0 out of 5 stars Makes learning fun, March 28, 2003

This review is from: Hippity Hop's Math Puzzles (All Aboard Books) (Paperback)
My 4-year old boy loves this book. He actually requests this book before he goes to bed. The illustrations are terrific. Hippity Hop is a bunny who encounters a puzzle on each page. The concepts are targeted for 4-5 year olds. I feel like my son is learning more than just math. For example, one of the puzzles shows bins of different types of vegetables (many of which he won't eat!) and the object is for the preschooler to identify the largest one in the bin. Aside from learning the concept of size, my son will learn the names of some vegetables that he otherwise won't touch! I wish that there were more than 31 pages of puzzles. There is a companion book called Hippity Hop's Word Puzzles which is also great. Worth every penny...
