As a personal trainer I daily see clients given medications that more mask than treat or prevent further damage. Somewhere in the back of everyones mind who is involved in the health industry, we know there must be a better way. Both sides of the fence NEED to talk to each other.

Mary knows that in order to provide the best care to our population, that all of our tools and assests must be used. This is the idea behind and integrated health care system.

We know this, but the idea is still supressed. This book could be the catalyst to causing some very big changes in a system so huge that new ideas get steamrolled. I applaud Dr.Mary F. Zesiewicz for standing up in a professionaly hostile enviroment in the hopes of providing better future care for everyone that needs it.

For those of you worried about today's healthcare system, there is hope. Dr. Mary shares with us her ideas and wisdom from being in private practice for over 20 years, helps us understand where health care has come from, and where it is going without some immediate intervention.

For those of us who are healthy and have healthy children, it's a wake up call for us to take action now. For those with immediate chronic health challenges, it's even more vital to integrate the two worlds of health care, and start learning how we, as individuals, can take charge of our health. We all need to learn the vital steps it takes to work together with different types of healthcare professionals, and what it takes to live in a health environment.
